2010 Members' Spring Picnic

Many thanks
to all who attended and made this a great event. There was enough
food to feed a small army and speaking of army, there were 50 members
in attendance, plus a number of neighbors stopped by. Roy and I
cooked, chicken, burgers and hot dogs, While Lynn and Patty and
others setup the serving table. A good time was had by all.
Friday
nights observing was about a 7-8 on a scale of 10. Some clouds
rolled in and dispersed about 9 pm. the clouds rolled in for good
at 12:30 am. Saturday skies were the pits, Burt brought in pizza
which was enjoyed by all Saturday night. Movies were also
a big hit in the club house.
John and I
welcome members and non-members alike to observe on our
properties. We was amazed to see the number of RVs on the
field. We currently have over 20 - 30 and 50 amp RV outlets,
plus water and 2 dump stations available for observers.
